We are seeking a disciplined, responsible, and growth-oriented Principal to lead a private college located in the Gujranwala Division of Punjab. The ideal candidate will be a visionary academic leader who aligns with the institution’s mission and demonstrates excellence in educational planning, team development, and student engagement.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Master’s Degree required M.Phil preferred
5 to 10 years of proven experience in academic and administrative roles
Demonstrated success in academic planning, faculty management, and student admissions strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Implement management’s academic and operational objectives with integrity and efficiency
Exhibit strong leadership with a willingness to work under structured oversight and accountability
Align closely with the College Director’s vision and foster a culture of collaboration
Address modern student challenges including post-COVID behavioral trends e.g., screen addiction, emotional instability, reduced focus
Drive academic innovation that promotes holistic student development
Enhance parent satisfaction, student engagement, and faculty performance through regular feedback and teamwork
Promote digital transformation by adopting paperless systems and ensuring disciplined academic record keeping
Facilitate practical learning experiences such as industry exposure, project-based learning, and educational field visits
Maintain transparent and regular reporting to the college management
Important Note:
This is not an autonomous role. The selected candidate will operate within a defined management framework and must be comfortable working collaboratively with the College Director and executive team.
